Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own for a long time. Many of the individuals I work with appear “fine” on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode.

When you meet with me, I want you to come as you are. You don’t need to be prepared. All you need to do is show up.
